This is a very interesting post. I wonder if other countries will start to have these schools too. I️ would be interested in something like this on my next trip to Italy!

Language programs IN Spain are the only way to go when you want to significantly improve your level of Spanish. Sadly, even when you live in Spain (as I do) you have to take the grammar courses because without these, and if you work in English at home every day you’ll never progress to a professionally acceptable level. Hopefully you’ll continue your language journey so you can retain more in the future! 🙂

      Hi Brooke,
How great, that you live in Spain.
I agree with you, that you have to learn the grammar, but you also learn it at Language Surfing. But the way they teach is more playful.
You decide with the teacher, what you need to learn, and how you learn it.
I will continue my language journey. Thanks! 🙂

      Best,
      Hanne

Thanks for sharing. Barcelona is definitely one of my favorite cities. I’ve been considering heading here to do a TEFL class as well as take Spanish, there are so many options here.

I think this is an exciting and creative way to learn a language. It is great that it has someone learn the way they would like to learn and the areas they want to learn about.

Learning a new language through songs and music is definitely a great way to learn. The open mic bar experience sounds like a great time. Been wanting to learn Spanish for awhile now so I’ll defs have to look into Language Surfing!
